摘要 介绍了一种基于VB开发环境和单片机技术研制的微振动检测系统,用于重要场所的地下防护,以及道路、桥梁隧道等交通设施的状况监测。该系统下位机设计包括振动传感器、前置放大、低通滤波环节、系统数据采集部分以及单片机与PC串行通信;上位机软件设计基于VB开发环境,实现了对接收数据的处理、波形显示与数据存储等功能,并通过实验验证了该系统能够实现微振动检测,效果良好。 For the purpose of monitoring the underground protection of the important place and the running condition of traffic facilities such as roads,bridges and tunnels,a micro vibration testing system design is developed based on Visual Basic (VB) environment and single chip microcomputer. The design of lower system is presented including vibration sen-sor, preamplifier,low pass filter, data acquisition and serial communication to PC. The software design of upper system which is based on VB development environment realizes the serial communication to single-chip microcomputer,data pro-cessing,the waveform displaying, data storage function and so on. Experiments verify the system can not only finish micro vibration testing,but also it has better effectiveness.
