摘要
目的 通过离体实验观察无机三氧化物聚合物(MTA)作为根尖倒充填材料的封闭性,并将其与玻璃离子水门汀(GIC)、银汞合金作比较.方法 选取单根前磨牙48颗,行根管预备并制备根尖倒充填模型,随机分3个实验组,根尖部分别充以MTA、GIC、银汞合金各4mm,每组16个样本.使用牛血清白蛋白作为观测指标,连续观测30d,用考马斯亮蓝染色技术对蛋白渗出作定量测定.结果 MTA组与GIC组、银汞合金组比较蛋白渗出量均明显减少(均P<0.01),随着时间的延长,MTA组蛋白渗出量虽有增加但差异无统计学意义(P >0.05).结论 MTA根尖封闭性良好,且明显优于GIC和银汞合金,其在临床上被推广应用的可行性值得进一步探讨.
Objective To compare the apical sealing ability of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) with that of glass ionomer cement (GIC) and amalgam. Methods The root canals of 48 extracted premolars were instrumented and set as root-end filling model. Teeth were randomly assigned to be filled with MTA, GIC or amalgam with 16 teeth in each group.
