摘要
目的 :使天津市环境卫生得到进一步改善及制定生活垃圾综合治理的长远规划。方法 :我们利用彩红外航空像片图判释出垃圾露天堆放点的准确位置 ,并对垃圾露天堆放点周围的水质进行了化学分析。结果 :天津市共有 2 2 1个垃圾堆放点 ,其中 6 0 0m2 以上有 196个 ,对垃圾点周围进行水质监测 ,其项目COD、全氮、全磷均超过地表水Ⅴ类标准。结论 :垃圾中的有机物在降解过程中 。
Purpose:we tend to improve the environmental sanitation in Tianjin city and make a long-term planning for solid waste comprehensive managment. Method:we figure out the precise location of the outdoor solid waste heaps by utilizing pictures taken with infrared aerial remote sensing technology. Then we make a chemical analysis of the water body nearby the solid waste heaps.Result:there are altogether 221 solid waste heaps including 196 ones which covers more than 600?m 2. The water body test indicates that the content of COD, total, phosphorus and total nitrogen have exceeded standard V for surface water.Conclusion:in the degradation process the organic matters inside the solid waste makes the water body full of nutrition, that is the main reason for water pollution.
