摘要
目的 探讨雌二醇(E2)水平与男性脑梗死患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)进展的关系.方法 连续收集46例男性脑梗死住院患者.记录年龄、BMI、收缩压、FPG、同型半胱氨酸、TC、LDL-C、TG、E2、T.入院时及12个月后测量IMT.通过单因素和多因素分析得出影响男性脑梗死患者IMT进展的因素.结果 通过多因素线性回归分析,发现收缩压(β=0.365,P=0.003),TC(β=0.319,P=0.016)及E2 (β=0.282,P=0.029)与IMT进展成正相关.结论 E2与男性脑梗死患者的IMT进展成正相关,高E2水平可能加重男性脑梗死患者的动脉粥样硬化.
Objective To identify the relation between estrogen and progression of carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) in male patients with ischemic stroke. Methods 46 male inpatients were included,and age, BMI,systolic pressure ,fasting blood glucose, homocysteine,total cholesterol,LDL-C,TG,E2,and T were recorded. Carotid IMT were measured at baseline and 12 months later.Univariate analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to determine factors affecting the progression of carotid IMT. Results There were positive association between the systolic pressure β=0.365,P=0.003), total cholesterol (β =0.319,P=0.016),E2 (β=0.282,P=0.029)and the progression of carotid IMT. Conclusion High endogenous estrogen levels were related to the progression of carotid IMT in male patients with ischemic stroke.
