摘要
分析了湖北省电力工业存在的主要问题 ,一是电力结构不合理 ;二是调峰容量严重不足 ;三是重开发轻节能 ;四是电价偏高 ,市场需求回落。三峡电站建成投产后 ,大大改善全省电网运行条件和电能质量 ,有利于全国联合大电力系统的形成和发展 ,获得联网效益 ,但是将进一步加剧湖北电网季节性电能偏多的矛盾 ,而且三峡电站上网电价将直接影响全省电力价格。最后提出湖北省电力工业结构调整 4条对策 :1.优化电源结构 ;2 .电网建设与电源建设同步发展 ;3.搞好三峡电站调峰电源建设 ;4 .切实贯彻“开发与节约并举”
This paper analyses the power industry in Hubei Province:1)electric power structure is not rational;2)the capacity to adjust peak value is inadequate ;3)paying attention to development,but not to economization;4)electricity is high priced.The Three Gorge Project,when completed, will improve the situation of power network and the supply of electricity ,promote the formation of nationwide power system and raise the efficiency of power network. But,then the capacity to adjust peak value will become more insufficient,electricity price of the Three Gorge power station on the network will influence directly the price of electric power in Hubei Province.Finally,the author puts forward four measures around the adjustment of power industrial structure:1)optimizing power source structure ;2)building coordinately power network and power source;3)building quickly power source to adjust peak value;4)carrying out thoroughly the power policy of paying equal attention both to development and economization.
