摘要
目的探讨针灸治疗高血压的临床效果。方法将92例高血压患者随机分为两组,对照组46例常规服用左旋氨氯地平,观察组46例则在对照组基础上加用针灸疗法治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.65%明显高于对照组的67.39%(P<0.05),两组治疗后的血压和血浆NPY均低于治疗前,观察组降压效果优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的血浆NPY明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸疗法治疗高血压有较好的即时疗效,毒副作用小,成本低廉,操作简便等优点,具有独特的优势,值得基层医院大力推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the acupuncture treatment for 46 patients with high blood pressure. Methods 92 patients with high blood pressure were randomly divided into two groups, 46 in the control group were treated by taking the S--Amlodipine, and 46 patients in the observation group were treated by the acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Results The total effec- tive rate of the observation group was 95.65%, it was higher than the control group with 67.39% （P 0.05）, the blood pressure and the blood plasma NPY in two groups after treatment were lower than pre--therapy, the effect of the bring high blood pressure down in the observation was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the blood plasma NPY was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The high blood pressure is treated with the acupuncture, its advantage is the better instant effect, less toxic and side--effect, low cost, easy and simple to handle, it is worth to spread and exploitation in the basic hospital.
