摘要
[目的 ]探讨清除卷烟焦油中的自由基。 [方法 ]通过添加叶黄素和硒化合物入卷烟中 ,采用电子自旋共振波谱法和原子荧光光谱法分析叶黄素和硒化合物对清除卷烟焦油中自由基的效果。 [结果 ]自由基的峰高随叶黄素或硒化合物含量的增加而降低。 [结论 ]叶黄素和硒化合物均有清除焦油中自由基的效果。
Objective]To explore the clearing effect of free radical in tar of cigarette smoke by adding xanthophyll and selenide into cigarette [Methods]The assays of concentrations of xanthophyll and selenide,as well as tar of cigarette smoke were perfermed by electron spin resonance spectroscopy and atomic fluorescence spectrometry [Results]The peak values of free radical decreased with the increasing concentrations of xanthophyll and selenide added into cigarettes [Conclusion]Xanthophyll and selenide were effective for removal of free radical in tar of cigarette smoke
