摘要
[目的]观察5-Fu、DDP时辰给药治疗晚期鼻咽癌患者的护理方法。[方法]化疗前做好病人的心理护理;帮助病人调节生物钟;建立化疗通道;正确进行管道护理,预防并发症的发生;观察化疗后患者的毒性反应及护理。[结果]采用相应的护理措施顺利完成时辰化疗。[结论]30例患者积极配合治疗,不良反应发生率明显降低,效果显著。
[ Objective ] 5 - Fu, DDP Chrono - chemotherapy treatment of advanced methods of care of pa- tients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. [ Methods ] To do the psychological care of patients before chemothera- py ; Help patients adjust biological clock ; establish chemotherapy channel ; correct pipeline nursing, preven- tion of complications ; Observed toxicity of chemotherapy in patients with and care. [ Results ] Appropriate care measures for the successful completion of the Chrono- chemotherapy. [ Conclusion] 30 patients were positive with the treatment, significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions, the effect is remarkable.
