摘要
针灸疗法促进腹部术后胃肠功能恢复时多取足阳明胃经、手阳明大肠经及手太阳小肠经经穴为主,可双侧取穴,亦可单侧取穴交替施以疗法。温针灸的应用屡见不鲜,得到公认,行针补泻手法则是大同小异。温针灸疗法对腹部术后胃肠功能恢复疗效显著,操作方便,刺激小。应根据患者身体情况适时进行治疗。TDP灯照射、中药外敷、足浴等综合疗法与针灸配合也可取得较好疗效。
