引用了大量有关氯化消毒自来水中强致突变物MX[3-氯-4-(二氯甲基)-5-羟基-2(5H)-呋喃酮]的文献资料,详细介绍了MX在世界各地的检出情况、MX的分析方法、化学稳定性、毒性及其前驱物和去除方法的研究进展,并对今后的研究方向作了一定的展望。
Citation on a large number of articles concerning the strong mutagen 3-chloro-4-(dichloromethyl)-5-hydroxy-2(5H)-furanone (MX) in chlorinated drinking water was presented, and presented detail information about occurrence and detection, chemical stability, toxicology, control measures and study progress of MX. Further study in this field was also proposed.
