摘要
在对GIS系统的组成及主要功能进行介绍的基础上,综合性地阐述了GIS技术在环境影响评价中的应用。GIS技术可对环境影响进行模拟和预测,在环境影响评价中可对环境因素的确立、环境质量的描述和预测进行分析,并为环境政策的制定提供科学依据。
Comprehensively addressed application of GIS to EIA by introducing GIS components and its main function was presented. In EIA, GIS could be applied to simulation and prediction of environmental impact, identification of environmental factors, indication and prediction of environmental quality, and GIS could provide scientific basis for environmental policy formulation.
