摘要
从我国中西部地区生态环境所存在的问题入手 ,阐述了我国中西部生态环境的现状 ;并根据《中共中央关于制定“九五”计划和 2 0 1 0远景目标的建议》提出了保护中西部生态环境的对策。
Start with the ecology-environment problems existed in mid-west area,the article expounded the current situation of ecology-environment.It raised the protection countermeasure according to《The proposal on“9.5”plan and the prospect target in 2010》.
