摘要
目的探讨双向查对制度在门诊输液护理中的应用效果。方法将256例门诊输液患者随机分为实验组和对照组各128例。对照组患者采用常规查对制度的方法,实验组患者采用医务室自制的双向查对制度方法和流程。结果实施双向查对制度和科学的流程后,使本院医务室门诊输液过程中发生护理差错及纠纷的比例降为零。结论通过规范实施双向查对制度的内容和流程,有效的杜绝了门诊输液过程中差错和纠纷的发生,实现患者的安全管理质量的持续改进,也让患者感到真正的满意和放心。
Objective System in outpatient service two-way infusion nursing the application effect.Methods 256 cases of patients had randomly divided into） and the control group （n = 128）. The control group were treated by conventional check system method, the experimental group were treated by the clinic homemade two-way check system method and flow. Results The two-way check system and scientific implementation of process, make our outpatient clinic infusion occurred in the process of nursing error and disputes ratio zero. Conclusion Through to standardize the implementation of the system of content and two-way check process, ef- fective to eliminate the outpatient service process error and infusion of disputes occur, realize the safety management of patients with the sustained improvement in quality, also let patients feel true satisfaction and rest assured.
