摘要
体育公平只有化身于体育公共政策才具有现实意义,它包含体育资源配置的三种合理性原则,即平等原则、差异原则和补偿原则。体育公平相关原则的政策含义可如下解读:体育公平的平等原则强调制定体育公共政策必须谨防进入只重权利平等,轻机会均等的误区;体育公平的差异原则强调制定体育政策必须尊重个体差异,提供多样性体育资源;体育公平的补偿原则强调制定体育政策必须"平等地对待平等的,不平等地对待不平等",对弱势群体在体育资源配置上予以补偿.
Fairness of sports fair only has the practical significance when it incarnates therein sports public policy. It contains three rational principle of namely sports resources allocation , the principle of equality, difference prin- ciple and compensation principle. The relevant principles of sport fairness avoid entering erroneous zone which only pays attention to the right to equality but ignores the equal opportunity for all. The difference principle for sports farmess must emphasize on respecting the individual difference, and providing diverse sports resources. The com- pensation principle of sport fairness emphazes sports policy must provide the equal treatment for equality, not the unfair treatment for the umqual, and give compensation to the disadvantaged groups in sports resources configuration.
