摘要
研究了不同培养条件下 2种品系黄孢原毛平革菌对蒽的降解效果。研究结果表明 ,各样品中蒽的降解率为 75 %～ 99% ;动培养方式比静培养方式对蒽的降解效果好 ;OGC10 1菌优于 BKM- F- 176 7菌 ;对菌进行 5 0℃、2 4h的预处理 。
The effect of biodegradation of anthracene by two strains of Phanerochaete chrysosporium under various culture conditions has been studied.The results show that biodegradation rate of anthracene is 75%~99%,the effect of shaking cultures is better than that of the static,strain OGC-101 is better than BKM-F-1767.The main enzymes of the degradation system still maintain certain activity and stability after the strain is pretreated at 50℃ for 24h.
