摘要
在 16 .2L厌氧折流板反应器中 ,处理以葡萄糖为共基质的含五氯酚钠 (PCP Na)有毒废水 ,进水COD为 110 0— 12 0 0mg/L ,HRT为 1d .结果表明 ,ABR对有毒物负荷变化的适应能力强 ,当进水PCP Na小于 8mg/L时 ,出水COD在 80mg/L以下 ,PCP Na在 0 .2mg/L以下 ,运行稳定 .在有毒物低于抑制浓度下 ,反应器内能形成颗粒污泥 .颗粒污泥表面为发酵产酸菌 ,内部为产甲烷菌 ,自身形成良好的有机质分解链 .各室微生物的组成与分布随流向逐室递变 ,递变的规律与底物的降解过程相关 .污泥的产甲烷活性和沉降性能等与其微生物组成结构密切相关 .
A 16.2?L anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR), with five compartments, was used to treat wastewater containing glucose and pentachlorophenol sodium (PCP Na). The reactor was operated at temperature of 35±1℃, HRT of 24 h and the influent COD of 1100—1200?mg/L for 8 months. It was found that ABR was able to adapt to the variation of toxic PCP Na load. The effluent COD and PCP Na were reduced to below 80?mg/L and 0.2?mg/L respectively under steady state. Below PCP\|Na inhibition concentration, ABR could form granular sludge. It was observed by scanning electron microscope that granular sludge surface layer was consisted of acid formation bacteria, while internal mainly contained methagens. The microbial species of sludge were different in each compartment. The methane producing formation activity and settling characteristics of the sludge were closely related to microbial composition and structure.
