乙烯厂废碱液氧化处理系统的投药脱油预处理技术

摘要 某乙烯厂废碱液处理系统废碱液乳化严重,形成的大量"黄油"无法自然沉降去除,造成管道及氧化反应器设备堵塞,频繁停车清理,无法保证系统的长周期运行。为此,采用改进型破乳分散剂、离子型助凝剂对废碱液进行预处理,使其黄油含量<200 mg/L,平均脱除率达93.0%,减轻了对后续污水处理系统的冲击,确保了系统的稳定运行,为同行业类似项目提供了借鉴。 There was a severe emulsification of spent caustic in spent caustic treatment system in an ethylene plant, a large number of "grease" was generated and could not be removed by natural sedi- mentation. The piping and oxidation reactor were blocked, which caused frequent downtime for cleaning and no long-term operation of the system. Therefore, the improved demulsifying dispersant and ionic coagulant aid were used for pretreatment of spent caustic. After the pretreatment, the content was less than 200mg/L, and the average removal rate was 93.0%. The impact on the subsequent wastewater treatment system was reduced, and the stable operation of the system was ensured. The findings provide reference for similar projects.
