摘要
针对现行国家标准《城市给水工程规划规范》(GB 50282—98)中工业用地用水量与实际不符的情况,对福建省36个具有代表性的开发区(工业园区)进行了调研,将其2006年—2008年三年的工业用地用水量采用二次平均法进行分析,对工业用地用水量指标进行了重新确定,即不同工业区用水量不再按工业污染程度的一、二、三类分类,而是按用水量的高、中、低进行分类分析。目前,通过此方法确定的工业用地用水量指标已列入《福建省城市用水量标准》,并得到广泛使用,取得了良好效果。
Because the water consumption indexes of industrial land in Code for Urban Water Sup- ply Engineering Planning (GB 50282 -98) did not conform to the reality, 36 represer/tative industrial parks of Fujian Province were investigated, and the data of the water consumption of industrial land from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed by the quadratic average method. The water consumption indexes of industri- al land were redetermined : the indexes of the different industrial areas were classified into 3 levels ( high, middle and low level) by water consumption rather than by pollution levels. Now, the water consumption indexes of industrial land determined by the method were listed in the Standard for Urban Water Con- sumption of Fujian Province. It was applied widely and achieved good result.
