摘要
用胶束电动毛细管色谱法测定了同一井位、不同深度岩屑样品中的苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯化合物。采用 50 μm× 57cm毛细管柱 ,以 50mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠 - 2 0mmol/L四硼酸钠溶液 (pH 9 1 6)作为缓冲溶液 ,电压 2 5kV ,检测波长 2 0 0nm ,1 6min内 ,苯、甲苯、乙苯和二甲苯可获得良好的分离。用峰面积定量 ,线性范围为 2~ 1 0 0mg/L ,最小检测浓度分别为 :0 75mg/L苯 ;0 45mg/L甲苯 ;0 39mg/L乙苯 ;0 1mg/L邻 二甲苯 ;0 31mg/L对 二甲苯。加标回收率分别为 :苯 1 0 1 % ,甲苯 99% ,邻二甲苯 97% ,乙苯 95% ,对二甲苯 1 0 0 %。方法用于实际岩屑样品的测量 ,获得各含量范围在 0 .0x~ 0 .xμg/ g ;3次平行测定的RSD在 3 3%~ 34%。
Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene (BTEX) compounds in debris samples which were at different depth and at the same well were determined by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC). A fused silica capillary of 50 μm×57 cm was used. Running buffer was 2.0 mmol/L aqueous tetraborate solution containing 50 mmol/L of sodium dodecyl sulfate (pH 9.16) and 20% methanol as an organic modifier. The voltage used was 25 kV. Detection wavelength was 200 nm. Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene were separated well within 16 min. Peak area was used for quantitative analysis. The linearity of the calibration curves were 2~100 mg/L. The detection limits were 0.75 mg/L for benzene, 0.45 mg/L for toluene, 0.39 mg/L for ethylbenzene, 0.1 mg/L for o -xylene and 0.31 mg/L for p -xylene. Recoveries of standard additions were 101%, 99%, 95%, 97% and 100% for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o -xylene, p -xylene respectively. The method has been applied to the real debris sample analysis with precision of 3.3%~34% RSD ( n =3), content of BTEX was at the range of 0.0 x ~0. x μg/g.
