摘要
目的:探讨小儿无痛胃镜检查的护理配合。方法:对100例小儿患者的护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:100例患儿均顺利完成检查,并发症少。结论:术前做好心理指导,器械物品准备充分;术中加强观察,发现问题时配合医生及时处置;术后密切观察,并做好出复苏室指导。
Objective To investigate the nursing of children with painless gastroscopy. Method 100 cases of pediatric patient care data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 100 patients all completed the inspection successfully, with few complications. Conclusion Good preoperative psychological guidance and fully equipment items preparation are necessary. And we should strengthen the observation during operation and solve the problems with doctors promptly when we find problems. And give patients or their families postoperative close obser- vation and instructions when they leave the recovery room.
