阻抗控制子宫内膜去除术(NovaSure)与微波子宫内膜去除术(MEA)治疗月经过多的临床观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:通过对阻抗控制子宫内膜去除术(NovaSure)与微波子宫内膜去除术(MEA)治疗月经过多进行临床观察,探讨NovaSure的有效性和安全性。方法:对月经过多行MEA治疗的50例患者(M组)和进行NovaSure治疗的52例患者(N组)进行术中观察和随访,记录治疗时间、并发症发生情况、术后疼痛评分及术后1个月、3个月、6个月月经量的变化和满意度情况,并对其进行比较。结果:两组治疗时间及术后疼痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组疗效和满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均无并发症发生。结论:NovaSure能使月经过多患者得到安全、有效的治疗,并且操作简便,手术时间短,患者术后更为舒适。 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the NovaSure. Method Made intraoperative observation and follow - up of 50 patients treated by MEA ( M Group) and 52 patients treated by Nova.Sure ( N Group). Recorded of the treatment time,the complica- tions,the pain scores and the menstrual 1,3 and 6 months after treatment. Results The treat time and the postoperative pain score had sig- nificant difference in two groups. The efficacy and satisfaction had no significant difference. There were no complications in both groups. Conclusion NovaSure is safe and effective and easy to operate, It has shorter operation time and patients are more comfortable than MEA.
