摘要
对某汽车螺纹板进行了级进模设计.根据材料的成形性能、零件的成形工艺和产品的制造精度要求制定了模具的设计方案.通过合理的结构设计以及单工序模的试验表明,设计所得的级进模生产效率高、操作安全,满足零件的生产要求.
The progressive die for the thread plate of car was design. According to the characteristics, forming process, product processing accuracy requirement of the part, the layout of the die was determined. Through the reasonable structure design and single-process die experiment, it shows that the designed die has advantages of high production efficiency, safe operation and can meet the technological and accuracy requirements of car thread plate parts.
