摘要
用过磷酸钙浸出液制取饲料级磷酸氢钙时 ,由于游离酸高 ,氟被浸入液相 ,所以必须脱氟 ,以保证产品质量。但由于一般脱氟所采用的措施不当 ,磷损失高 ,且质量难以达标 ,利用CaHPO4 ·2H2 O结晶和CaF2 沉淀的酸度不同及控制Ca2 + 的局部过饱和程度 ,可取得良好的脱氟效果。
In order to guarantee the quality of the product ,fluoride in calcium hydrogen phosphate for feed should be removed during its production with calcium superphosphate leaching liquid. Good defluorination effect could be taken by taking advantage of the acidity difference of CaHPO 4.2H 2O crystallization and CaF 2 precipitation and controlling of Ca 2+ partial over saturation.
