摘要
本文采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,根据影响奥氏体不锈钢热煨弯管性能的因素,对某应急气源站工程π型弯管产生横向裂纹的原因展开分析,结合分析结果,提出了控制奥氏体不锈钢热煨弯管质量的措施,获得了优质的奥氏体不锈钢π型弯管。
Through the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental study, the paper analyzed the reason of transversal crack of π-type elbow pipes based on the factors of affecting the performance of austenitic stainless steel hot-bending elbow pipes, proposed the measures for controlling the heat-bending quality, and obtained the quality π-type anstenitic stainless steel elbow pipes.
