摘要
通过1+3模式对细胞毒药物使用缺陷现象进行持续质量改进,细胞毒药物使用缺陷发生率从12.11%降低至2.5%,效果良好。
Defects in the use of cytotoxic drugs use were corrected （continuous quality improvement） with the 1 ＋3 model and cytotoxic drugs use defect rate reduced from 12.11 percent to 2.5 percent.
