摘要
目前国内医疗风险研究侧重于风险控制,从结果上探讨如何化解风险多为就事论事,研究缺乏系统性,深度不够;对医疗风险的界定尚未形成统一认识。因此建议:应加强国内医疗风险研究的系统性;规范对医疗风险含义的认识;积极开展医疗风险的预警、监测与评估以及实践性探索,为建立适用于我国国情的医疗风险管理体系提供证据支持和决策依据。
Currently researches in China on medical risks focus on risk control and risks reversion from the perspective of results, mostly case by case discussions that lack a systematic approach arid adequate depth and there is no consensus on the definition of medical risks. Therefore, we recommends that systematic research of medical risks should be strengthened; the definition of the medical risks should be unified; and we should take active measures in early warning, monitoring and evaluation of medical risk, as well as in practical exploration so as to provide evidence to support the establishment of medical risk management system that suits China＇s conditions and to support decision-making.
