摘要
从钢绳多层缠绕过渡过程入手 ,运用微分几何、力学、数学分析的方法 ,研究钢绳过渡情况 ,提出层间过渡块的几何形状和计算公式及钢绳圈间过渡长度和角度理论公式 .实验证明 ,按本文提出的公式设计过渡块和过渡区 ,能使过渡钢绳的冲击振动和磨损大大降低 ,并保证圈间过渡平稳进行 .
On the basis of analyzing transiting characteristics of the rope in transiting area, two theoretical formulas length and angle of transiting area are derived by means of differential geometry, mechanics and mathematical analysis methods. Experiments in laboratory and industrial test in site show that when a rope is transiting through transiting area which is designed according to the two formulas, the shock, vibration and wear out of the rope can be lowered largely and stability of rope transiting can be assured.
