摘要
通过对水电厂目前存在的安全问题及其原因的分析,从生产安全的角度讨论了提高我国水电厂运行可靠性应当做到的几个重点问题。提出针对现阶段水电厂的安全管理现状应采取的策略,并在企业安全意识、制度建设、人员培训等方面进行了探讨,为确保水电厂安全运行提供了有效的管理思路。
By analyzing the security problems in the hydropower plants, discusses how to improve the operation reliability from the safe--production angle. The respective reliability management tactics are taken according to current situation of safety management of hydropower plants at the present stage, and discusses enterprise safety awareness, regulation construction and personnel training, aim at providing some efficient management ideas for ensuring safe operation of the hydropower plants .
