摘要
知识在图书馆合作体内部共享将会极大提高各成员馆的竞争优势。而共享效率主要受知识特性、成员馆的共享能力、成员馆间的文化差异、激励机制和信任程度等因素影响。要提高图书馆合作体内部知识共享效率,需要搭建知识共享平台、建立学习机制、激励机制、信任机制以及营造良好的合作文化。
Al^tract Knowledge sharing among members within cooperation body in the library will greatly enhance the membegs competitive advantage. The ef- ficiency is mainly affected by some factors such as knowledge sharing features, the sharing capabilities of the members, the cultural differences between members, incentives and level of trust. Improving the efficiency of internal knowledge sharing within cooperation body in the library needs to build knowledge-sharing platform, a learning mechanism, incentive mechanism, trust mechanisms, and create a good culture of cooperation.
