摘要
目的:研究卵巢内分泌功能与卵巢内血流量的关系。方法:应用经阴道彩色多普勒观察48例绝经过渡期妇女卵巢动脉血流情况,用放免法检测激素水平,并以40例正常生育期妇女作对照。结果:绝经过渡期妇女PSV水平明显低于对照组,而PI和RI明显高于对照组,血清FSH和LH明显高于对照组,P和E2水平明显低于对照组,其中PSV水平与FSH、LH呈负相关,与P、E2呈正相关。结论:绝经过渡期妇女卵巢血供障碍,内分泌功能异常,两者之间相互作用导致卵巢功能下降。
Objective：To study the relationship between the function of endocrine and ovarian blood flow.Methods：The ovarian arterial blood flow of 48 menopausal transition women were measured by color Doppler,hormone levels were tested by ELISA,and 40 cases of normal reproductive age women were taken as control group.Results：PSV levels of ovarian arterial blood flow in menopausal transition women were significantly lower than that of the control group,while PI and RI were higher than those in the control group,serum FSH and LH obviously higher than that of the control group,P and E2 levels in observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the PSV level was negatively correlated with FSH and LH,and positively related with P and E2.Conclusion：The interaction between ovarian blood supply disturbance and endocrine dysfunction lead to decreased ovarian function for the menopausal transition women.
