摘要 为积极响应国家提出的"大力发展和推广工业用水重复利用技术"的精神和"节能减排,保护环境"的号召,某金矿针对黄金生产过程中产生的废水的特点,确定了焦亚硫酸钠破氰—电絮凝法处理黄金生产废水的新工艺,并通过生产调试和试验对比,确定了破氰工艺条件为pH控制在8.5、焦亚硫酸钠用量为10 kg/t、破氰反应时间为6 h。当[Cu^2+]在10-30 mg/L时,电絮凝工艺最佳条件为流量130-150 m^3/h、电流6 500 A、电压24-25 V,经此工艺处理后的水质可达到企业回用标准进行回用。经进一步深度氧化可满足《山东省半岛流域水污染物综合排放标准》(DB37/676-2007)一级排放标准。该金矿采用焦亚硫酸钠破氰—电絮凝联合处理的新工艺对生产的废水进行处理后回用,实现了生产废水的重复利用。 In order to respond positively to the country's "development and promotion of industrial water reuse technologies" spirit and the call of"energy-saving emission reduction, environmental protection",one gold mine for gold in the production process has a wastewater characteristics,determine the sodium pyrosulfite decomposition of cyanide-gold production wastewater treatment by electrocoagulation process,and through the trial and test,deter- mine when the decomposition of cyanide process for pH control in 8.5,sodium metabisulfite is 10 kg/t,decomposition of cyanide response time of 6 hours.When the [Cu^2+] at 10-30 mg/L,optimum conditions for floeculation process flow 130-150 m3/h,current 6 500 A,voltage 24-25 V,after this process the water can be reused by the enterprise.As further deep oxidation which can meet The Standard for Integrated River Basin Water Pollution Discharge on the Peninsula of Shandong Province (DB37/676-2007) emission level standards.The gold mine using sodium pyrosulfite decomposition of cyanide-new technology for production of eleetro-floeculation treatment of wastewater treatment and reuse, implementation of wastewater reuse.
