苹果晚熟新品种金钟的选育及栽培技术 被引量:1

摘要 以美国苹果品种白龙为母本,从其自然杂交实生苗中选育出了苹果晚熟新品种金钟。金钟继承了母本的优良性状,并在许多方面表现出超亲遗传现象。其果实圆锥形,果形指数0.94,平均单果重240 g,最大单果重300 g以上,果实外形美观端正,果面绿黄色、光洁无锈,果肉黄白色、质地细脆多汁,风味甜酸适口、有清香味。果实去皮硬度10.9 kg/cm2,可溶性固形物含量14.3%,可滴定酸含量0.413%。在河北省中南部地区果实发育期175 d,10月下旬成熟,耐贮运,在自然条件下可存放至翌年3月,不皱皮、不变面,品质上等。金钟苹果于2005年通过由河北省科技厅主持并组织的专家委员会的鉴定,2006年通过河北省果树品种审定委员会审定。 Apple late-maturing variety Jinzhong was bred from the natural hybrid seedlings of Bailong, an American variety, which inherited the good traits of Bailong, and the transgressive inheritance was observed. Fruit was conical in shape, greenish yellow in color, beatuiful in appearance, better in type, smooth without rust, with the fruit shape index of 0.94, the mean fruit weight of 240 g, and above 300 g for the largest. Flesh was yellow- white, crisp and juicy, sweet and sour with light flavour. The fruit hardness without peel, soluble solids content, and titratable acid content was 10. 9 kg/cm2, 14. 3%, and 0. 413% , respectively. Fruit developed 175 days, and matured in the last ten days of October in the central and south of Hebei Province. Fruit was tolerant to storage and transportation, which could be stored until the following March under natural conditions without wrinkle and mealy flesh. It was identified by the Science and Teehnology Department of Hebei Proviee in 2005, and was ap- proved by Hebei Fruit Tree Varieties Approval Committee in 2006.
