摘要
对国内PCB企业的研发现状进行调查,总结出国内PCB行业普遍存在的主要技术研发问题。借鉴集成产品开发管理体系,并根据PCB行业的研发特点,介绍了研发管理体系建设的总体规划;对技术研发体系建设,项目管理机制,研发知识管理体系,技术创新激励机制进行了总结与探讨。
Through investigation of the status of R ＆ D in domestic PCB industry, this paper summarizes the main technique R＆D issues existing in the domestic PCB industry in the text. Refering to integrated product development management system, and according to the PCB industry R ＆ D characteristics, it describes the overall planning of R ＆ D management system, also summarizes and discusses on the technology R ＆ D system, project management mechanisms, R ＆ D knowledge management system, technical innovation incentives.
