摘要
运用合适的算法实现零件模型的分层轮廓数据文件到填充扫描线文件之间转换和填充扫描线到数控驱动PMAC运动程序之间的转换过程。实时生成直接用来图形仿真的填充扫描数据文件和由填充扫描数据文件转换为数控驱动格式的文件,并自动下载到PMAC缓冲区,驱动数控平台模拟扫描加工过程。
To use appropriate algorithm realizes conversion of part model hierarchical contour data file to filling scan line document,and then conversion process of filling scan line to the NC driver PMAC movement procedure.Real time generation used directly for graphic simulation of filling scan data files and filled by scan data files are converted to a numerical control file format,automatically downloaded to the PMAC buffer,to drive the NC platform to simulate scanning process
