摘要
为了对乳化液泵的动态特性进行研究,在AMESim中建立K35055M型乳化液泵液压系统模型,对柱塞的位移与吸、排液阀的开启和关闭特性,吸、排液阀开启关闭特性与腔内压力关系进行了分析,并且通过仿真得出了乳化液泵的流量特性曲线,通过计算得出了泵的容积效率。
The model of K35055M emulsion pump was established in AMESim,so that we can study dynamic characteristic of emulsion pump,the displacement of plunger,what＇s more,the openning and close of inlet valve and outlet valve.We can study relationship of pressure of plunger cavity and openning and close of inlet valve and outlet valve.What＇s more,the flow rate of emulsion pump can be obtained by simulation,also we can obtain efficiency of volume by calculating.
