摘要
首先通过理论分析,数学推导,得出刮板输送机链啮合传动的各种数理公式,再借助计算机分析软件,对数学模型进行建模分析计算,最终得到了不同啮合状态下的刮板输送机速度变化曲线。通过对曲线图的分析,可以了解啮合链轮的齿数变化对刮板链速的影响,为整个刮板输送机系统的优化提供了设计依据,有助于提高设备可靠性。
Through theoretical analysis and mathematical derivation,obtained a variety of mathematical formulas of conveyor chain meshing transmission.And then by computer analysis softwares,it modeled and analyzed mathematical models of system and getted scraper conveyor speed curve under different conditions.Through analysis of curve,the influence of number of chain wheel teeth for chain speed can be understand,this provides design basis of scraper conveyor entire optimization and will help to improve equipment reliability.
