摘要
轴类零件是机器的重要组成零件。传统的检测方法不仅耗时,而且检测精度较低,不能满足生产需要。以细长轴零件的检测为例,主要介绍了在线检测系统的工作原理、关键技术以及系统的设计方案。
Shaft is an important component part of the machine. The traditional measuring method is not only time-consuming but also low precision. It can＇t meet the production requirements. Taking slender shaft as example, the online testing system＇s working principle, key technologies and system framework were introduced.
