摘要
3G网络的快速发展和智能手机的快速普及,使得大量传统电信不能实现的业务得到快速发展,如基于IP的音视频业务。本文提出了一种基于3G网络的实时PTT(Push To Talk)通信的业务及系统架构,该业务直接通过移动数据网络通道来实现实时的语音对讲、分组对讲等功能,从而使得移动终端通信不再局限于电话、短信及非实时的数据通信;对3G移动数据网络的发展进行了有益的探索,分析了基于3G无线数据网PTT通信的可行性和关键技术,对于相关业务发展具有一定的推动作用。
The widely use of the 3G network and intelligent mobile phone makes the rapid development of some services that traditional telecom can＇t implement, such as audio and video service based on IP. This paper proposes a real-time PTT system architecture on 3G network, and makes mobile communications no longer limited to data communication such as voice and short message. So it directly realizes real-time talk function by mobile data network. This paper explores for the 3G mobile data network development, and verifies the possibility and key technologies of PTT communication, which makes a specific role for PTT service and products.
