摘要
我国志愿者文化是由志愿者物质文化、精神文化、行为文化和制度文化等部分组成,其中精神文化是内核和本质所在,其他文化是外层,共同构成一个矛盾的统一体。只有全面系统地加以研究,才能继续推进志愿服务实践活动。
China＇s volunteers＇ culture structure is constructed with their objective culture, spiritual culture, behavioral culture and system culture. Spiritual culture is the core and essence. Other cultures are outsiders. They are in a unity of contradiction. Only through a complete and systematic research can the practice of voluntary activities be promoted.
