摘要
用硼酸作为反应起始物 ,合成了一种新型的水溶性有机硼化合物 SW-2。添加 1%这种含硼有机物的水溶液具有良好的润滑性和防锈性 ,防锈性接近亚硝酸钠。大白鼠急性毒性试验 ( Horn氏法 )表明 ,该剂的 L D5 0 >10 0 0 0 m g/kg。
A Novel water based organic boride SW-2 was synthesized using boric acid as a reactant. The four-ball machine testing and salt spraying tesing results showed that the water solution containing 1% organic boride had good performances in lubricity and rust resistance. The acute toxicity testing with white rats (Horn's method) showed that LD 50 >10 000 mg/kg. Therefore,the organic boride synthesized was non toxic.
