摘要
为探讨自我监控与社会行为线索敏感性、行为的控制点、以及社会适宜的相关,来确定自我监控量表的实验测量内容。用359名被试,通过分析自我监控量表与三类效标的相关,来检验自我监控量表的聚敛效度。结果发现:自我监控量表中高自我监控子量表和他人导向子量表,与效标的相关与研究假设完全相符;自我导向子量表与效标的相关与研究假设还有差距。结果说明自我监控量表中高自我监控子量表和他人导向子量表具有较好的聚敛效度,自我导向子量表聚敛效度还存在缺陷。
In order to test the relation between self- monitoring and the sensitiveness of social behavior, the control to social behavior and social appropriateness, and identify what the self - monitoring scale measure, the sensitiveness to inner or out cues, the control to behavior results and social appropriateness are defined as the criterions ,with 359 subjects. This paper analyzes the relation between the new self - monitoring scale and the three criterions, and converge validity of self - monitoring scale is tested. The results show that the relation pattern between the high self - monitoring sub - scale, other - directed sub - scale in self - monitoring scale and the criterions is compatible with the research hypothesizes , the relation pattern between the self- directed sub- scale in new self- monitoring scale and the criterions is not completely compatible with the research hypothesizes. The research results suggest that high self - monitoring sub - scale and other - directed subscale in new self - monitoring scale have better converge validity, self - directed sub - scale has de- fault in converge validity.
