摘要
本论文研究目的是解决国内男子摔跤运动员在比赛中心理不稳定因素,目前男子摔跤运动员在比赛中往往无法发挥真正的实力,心理因素的影响很大,通过对国内男子摔跤运动员比赛中心理因素的调查分析造成心理不利因素的原因,解决问题以保证在今后比赛中更好的发挥竞技水平,全面提高国内男子摔跤运动员整体水平,通过研究更好地发展中国摔跤事业,为摔跤事业做出贡献。本论文研究对象为第十一届全国运动会男子摔跤比赛预赛的85名运动员。本文通过分析男子摔跤运动员过度紧张的成因,探讨过度紧张对摔跤运动员比赛发挥的影响。从而寻找到几种行之有效的应对过度紧张的方法。研究发现,摔跤运动本身在一般心理特征上具有直接对抗性、激烈竞争性、高度紧张性、环境适应性。
This paper studies the purpose is to solve Chinese wrestling athletes men in the game, the psychological instability in the game man wrestling athletes often cannot play real strength, psychological factors of influence, through a series of training methods to solve these adverse factors, to achieve the ideal match result. Main research significance is based on domestic man wrestlers game psychological factors in the investigation and analysis of the causes of the psychological factors, solve the problem in the next game to ensure better play sports level, improve the overall level of domestic man wrestling athletes, through research and development for the Chinese wrestling business, make great contributions to wrestle. This thesis research object of the 11th national games man wrestling athletes which heats the 85 （international athletes 10 people, state, and national level athletes 25） average of 50 training 8 years. This research mainly using the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. By analyzing the man wrestlers strain, discusses the causes of wrestling athletes strain on the influence of the game. Thus to find some effective methods to strain. Research found that wrestling sport itself in general psychological features, fierce competition, the direct tension high adaptability. Environment.
