摘要
目的探讨针灸结合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎合并关节腔积液的疗效.方法将60例膝关节骨性关节炎合并关节腔积液患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组采用针灸配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组予超短波治疗.2组均连续治疗6周,然后评定2组治疗前后疼痛、活动范围、步行能力评分变化情况.结果两组治疗后疼痛、活动范围、步行能力评分均明显得到改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组.结论针灸配合中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎合并积液能够减轻患者疼痛,增加活动范围,改善步行能力,提高生活质量.
Objective To explore the curative effect of combined acupuncture and herbal fumigation on the knee osteoarthritis and the arthroedema. Method Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis and arthroedema were divided randomly into two groups ： treatment group （ n = 30） and control group （ n = 30 ）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with combined acupuncture and herbal fumigation, and patients in the control group were treated with ultrashort wave therapy. The course was 6 weeks in both groups. Changes in knee joint＇s functions including pain, active scope and walking ability were evaluated before and after the treatment in two groups. Results After the treatment for 6 weeks, the scores in pain, movable scope and walking ability of the knee joint in the two group were improved significantly, and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Combining acupuncture and herbal fumigation could alleviate the pain, increase the active scope, improve the walking ability and enhance the life quality in the patients with knee osteoarthritis and arthroedema.
