摘要
基于高速公路封闭式管理,车辆驶入高速公路领卡、驶离高速公路缴费的情况,以高速公路互通立交为OD交通小区的节点,形成高速公路OD,用于高速公路项目后评价、拓宽改造及投资评估等研究工作。
Based on the closed-end management of expressway and the situation that vehicles receive a card when they enter the expressway toll station and pay off when they leave the expressway toll station, this paper us- es interchange as OD traffic node to form the expressway OD. It can be used in expressway project post evalua- tion, widening, investment assessment and other research work.
