高速卷绕机筒管夹头系统动力学建模与临界转速分析 被引量:4

摘要 对高速卷绕机筒管夹头参数慢变转子系统进行建模分析,介绍了转子、支撑等结构的建模过程及慢变参数卷装的处理方式。按照转子动力学方法计算筒管夹头在三种卷装直径状态下考虑陀螺效应和不考虑陀螺效应时的临界转速。随着变卷装直径增大,筒管夹头转速降低,转子各阶临界转速都在减小,不能将筒管夹头看成是定常系统而运用结构动力学的方法处理;陀螺效应对其高阶临界转速有明显影响,在分析筒管夹头的动力学特性时应该考虑转子陀螺效应的影响。 The spindle of the high speed winder which is a rotor system with slow-time varying parameters is modeled and analyzed;the modeling process of rotor components,stator components and the processing mode of slow-time varying parameters is introduced in this paper.Critical speeds of the spindle under three working situations with the gyroscopic effect and without it are obtained separately by the rotor dynamics method.When diameters of the time-varying package turn to larger and the speed of the spindle turns to lower,the critical speed of every order of the spindle becomes lower.The spindle can not be considered as a stationary system to be handled by the structural dynamics method;higher critical speeds of the spindle are obviously affected by gyroscopic effect,the behavior of gyroscopic effect should be considered when dynamic features of the spindle are studied.
