摘要
目的:观察单面光疗和双面光疗治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效。方法:将200例患儿随机分为单面光疗组和双面光疗组,对蓝光治疗的效果及产生的不良反应进行分析。结果:2组治疗前后的黄疸指数比较差异无统计意义(P<0.05)。2组蓝光治疗后的不良反应对照组明显高于实验组,有统计意义(P<0.01)。结论:单面光疗和双面光疗均能达到治疗效果,但单面光疗的不良反应明显低于双面光疗,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of the single -sided and double -sided Blu -ray Irradiation Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice. Methods：200 patients were randomly divid- ed into single - sided phototherapy group and the double photo- therapy group to analyze the effect of the Blu - ray treatment and its adverse reactions. Results： The index difference of the two groups before and after treatment of jaundice was not statistic,qly significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Adverse reactions of blu - ray treatment in the control group was significantly higher than the experimen- tal group, which was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） ~ Conclusion： Both the single - sided phototherapy and double -- sided phototherapy were able to achieve therapeutic effect, but the adverse effects of the single - sided phototherapy were signif- icantly lower than those of the double - sided phototherapy. So the single - sided phototherapy is worthy of widely practised clinically.
