摘要
目的:建立HPLC法检查硝酸咪康唑栓有关物质的方法。方法:采用Agilent-C184.6mm×250mm5μm,以乙腈-甲醇-0.5%醋酸铵溶液(42.5:42.5:15)为流动相,检测波长为230nm。结果:经专属性试验硝酸咪康唑峰与相邻杂质峰分离度良好;最低检测限25.1ng/ml;8小时内溶液稳定性良好。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏,可有效检测硝酸咪康唑栓中的有关物质。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of related substances in Mieonazole Nitrate sup- pository. Methods: The HPLC conditions were as follows : Agilent - C 18 column (4. 6mm×250mm 5μm). Mobile phase: Mix- ture of acetonitrile, merhanol and 0. 5% solution of ammonium acetate ( 42. 5 : 42. 5 : 15 ), detection wavdength: 230nm. Results :The Miconazole Nitrate were separated effectively. The LOD is 25. lng/ml. The test solution has a stability in 8 hours. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, suitable for the quality control of compounds of Miconazole Nitrate sup- pository.
