关节镜下滑膜切除联合射频汽化治疗膝关节滑膜结核 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨膝关节镜下联合射频汽化切除病灶滑膜治疗膝关节滑膜结核的疗效。方法:对50例膝关节滑膜结核的患者在关节镜下联合射频汽化行滑膜切除并取组织送病理检查。结果:50例随访12～36个月,平均24个月,优30例,良17例,可3例,优良率为94%(47/50)。Lysholm膝关节功能术前评分为(43.1±4.3)分,术后评分为(91.4±4.8)分(t=2.546,P=0.001)。结论:关节镜下联合射频汽化切除滑膜和结核性肉芽组织,具有创伤小、关节功能恢复快等优点,结合药物治疗可有效控制病情,改善关节功能。
