摘要
目的:研究卵巢囊腺瘤的CT表现,提高CT诊断的正确性。方法:收集手术病理证实的42例卵巢囊腺瘤,对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:病变位于右侧19例,左侧23例,肿瘤平均最大直径18.5 cm。42例均为卵圆形囊性肿块,呈单房2例,多房40例。薄壁41例,厚壁伴壁结节1例。囊壁及囊内钙化5例。CT扫描的敏感性为100%,特异性为95.2%,诊断符合率为92.82%。结论:此病绝大多数具有特征性的CT表现,诊断不难,少数缺乏特异性表现,术前确诊有一定难度。
Objective To study the cystic ovarian adenoma of CT manifestations,improve the correctness of the diagnostic CT.Methods To collect the operation of the pathology of 42 patients with cystic ovarian adenoma,the CT manifestations were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the right 19 cases lesions,the left in 23 cases,the mean maximum diameter of 18.5 cm tumor.42 cases arc ovoid cystic mass,single room in 2 cases,40 patients more room.Thin-wall 41 cases,thick wall with wall nodules in 1.Bursa wall and sac calcification in 5 patients.CT scan sensitiity 100%,specificity 95.2%,diagnosis was 92.82%.Conclusion The disease most with a characteristic of CT manifestations,diagnosis is not difficult,a lack of specificity peribrmance,preoperative diagnosis is difficult.
