腹腔镜手术治疗贲门失弛缓症围术期护理体会

摘要 腹腔镜下贲门括约肌切开术（Heller手术）在国内外逐渐兴起,使贲门肌失弛缓症的治疗出现了根本性的变化。2000年4月～2011年8月,我院完成腹腔镜下贲门括约肌切开、胃底折叠术（Heller手术）58例,效果满意,现将围术期护理体会报道如下。
